Quotation Config
For: Admins — the reason list when a quotation is rejected or closed
Title Quotation configuration. Subtitle: Configure rejection reasons used when closing or rejecting quotes. This screen is that list only — not quote numbering, validity, or taxes.
Settings → Sales → Quotation config → Add Reason → Save
What this is for
1. Rejection Reasons for quotes
Column: Rejection reason. Actions: Edit, Delete (confirm Remove rejection reason)
Add / Edit: Modal Add Rejection Reason or Edit Rejection Reason. Required textarea Rejection Reason. Save / Cancel
What it affects: The reason picker on Quotation list and Quotation detail when you reject / close a quote

Click Add Reason.

Type the reason. Click Save.
Note: Duplicate wording is blocked. The toast still says Rejection reasons must be unique.
