Dashboard

For: Everyone who wants a quick, live view of sales performance

Purpose: Understand what the Dashboard shows and how it summarises your leads, quotes, orders, and team activity at a glance

What This Module Does

The Dashboard is your home screen — a live summary of how sales are doing. It pulls together your leads, quotations, sales orders, team activity, and support in one place, so you can see the state of the business without opening each module. Everything on the dashboard is read-only and updates as your data changes; you can narrow it down with date and other filters.

The Dashboard brings together:

  • Headline numbers for leads, quotes, and sales.
  • A sales funnel view of how deals progress.
  • Team performance for managers.
  • Sales by item group.
  • Recent activity and things that need attention (like overdue leads and expiring quotes).

Main Features (What You Can See)

1. Summary Snapshot

The summary gives you the key numbers at a glance:

  • Total lead potential — the combined expected value of your leads.
  • Total quote amount — the value of quotations raised.
  • Total sales amount — the value of confirmed sales orders.
  • Expiring quotes — quotes approaching or past their validity date.
  • Overdue leads — leads that are due for follow-up.
  • Lead source breakdown — where your leads are coming from.
  • Support stats — open, in-progress, resolved, and closed tickets.
  • Recent activities — the latest actions logged by your team.

2. Sales Funnel

The sales funnel shows how many leads and deals sit at each stage of your pipeline, so you can see your conversion from new lead through to won business — and spot where deals get stuck.

3. Team Performance

Managers get team analytics and per-member statistics — how each sales person is performing across leads, quotes, and orders. This helps you see who needs support and who is ahead of target.

4. Item Group Sales

The item group sales view breaks your sales down by product category over time, so you can see which groups of items are selling and how they trend month by month.

5. Filters

Every dashboard view can be filtered — most commonly by a date range, and by other options depending on the view. Change the filter and the numbers update to match, so you can look at a specific period, team, or category.
